Creatives

We’re looking for creatives – designers, animators, art directors, copywriters – conceptual thinkers with incredible craft who see the world a little differently. That means thinking about a brief in a completely unique way, working within a sandbox or breaking out of it, and generally being excited about seeing an idea and its execution through to the end. Oh, and we’re looking for nice people. We don’t do the typical hierarchy thing here, so egos aren’t really a thing either.

Who you are:
You’re a creative thinker who likes the idea of channeling that energy into advertising and design. You like the challenge of communicating an idea in a way that’s completely unexpected. Maybe you have some experience doing exactly this. Or, maybe you’ve done something kinda like this but not quite, and that experience and perspective would make you a great addition to our team.

Studio Artists

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for studio artists (aka production artists or mac artists or studio operators), with strong retouching skills, to work with our art directors and designers to bring projects to life. Projects are print, web, interactive, packaging, POS. So yeah, basically everything.

Who you are:
You are detail oriented. You have expertise in using Camera RAW or Lightroom for correcting and retouching. You have agency experience. Or have a strong portfolio with proven technical skills. Or, even better, both. You are skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. You can deal with deadlines while producing high-quality work. You have strong organizational skills and a great design sense. You are a good team player and a nice person.

Ooh and, bonus if you have:
Animation or Motion Graphic Skills
Proficiency in HTML5
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word (blech) and/or Keynote

Producers

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for strong project managers who like to problem solve and are good at juggling. We’re looking for people who are both highly collaborative and self-sufficient. Our producers work closely with our creatives, production partners, and the account team to turn ideas on paper to finished creative assets, and keep it alllllllll on schedule. Our producers can do anything from TV commercials, videos, social ads, radio commercials, and print through to live stunts and events (and everything in between).

Who you are:
You love bringing creative ideas and design work to life. You are calm under pressure. Even with a zillion balls in the air. You are good with people and keeping people on schedule and on budget.
You are resourceful. If something hasn’t been done before, you’ll find a way to make it happen.

Account Services

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for really organized people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creativity. Account services are the glue between the clients and the agency, so building and nurturing relationships is key here.

Who you are:
You have a genuinely positive attitude and are good with people. You have great leadership skills and instincts, and can project manage the big picture while paying attention to all the details. You get a secret thrill out of seeing something stay on time and on budget. You have agency experience. Or client side experience. Or project management experience.

Strategists

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for strategists to help make our creative briefs even better. Our strategists dig into what a problem is and then articulate that in a way that gives creatives a starting point for the work. We’re looking for strategic thinking that helps solve business problems.

Who you are:
You like to dive into different categories and brands. You are good at taking a lot of information and research, and distilling it down to what’s important. You understand the importance of how people feel and what we want them to feel when they see our creative work.
